The customer service is poor. The young adults working always appear distracted having side conversations, cellphone use etc, therefore don't acknowledge the customers that enter, yet I have CONTINUED to support this business. Please do better.
I stopped in for brunch today. The salmon croquettes were great! I didn't expext anything less as I've dined here several times before & the food is always good. The live band was good. However, the customer service was awful with the exception of Cecilia (Cece, as the staff referred to her). She wasn't even a waitress on the floor, but she brought my food to the table and she was the only one attentive to the customers. I went for a first time with my cousin, the young lady at the counter greeted us however she didn't communicate about our food my cousin got her food before while I waited an additional hour before getting my food i walked to the counter and asked the time frame that my food would be done , and my food was on the counter sitting there while i waited the food was bland my husband pork chop however was great even though i had this not so good encounter I will return
