My recent visit to Church's Chicken was a mixed bag, but the outstanding customer service made it memorable. When I arrived, the wait was undeniably long, and I later learned that they were short-staffed. Additionally, some menu items were out of stock. However, the cashiers deserve applause for their exceptional service.Despite the challenges, the staff did their best to manage the situation. They were polite and apologetic about the wait and menu limitations. To our surprise, they generously offered free drinks to compensate for the inconvenience.Their dedication to providing the best service with limited resources truly shone through. It's not every day you encounter such commitment from a fast-food establishment. The cashiers went above and beyond to ensure customers left with a smile.While my visit had its hiccups, the outstanding customer service at Church's Chicken turned it into a positive experience. Kudos to the staff for their dedication and generosity. I'll be back, hoping for a smoother experience, but knowing I can count on their excellent service no matter the circumstances.

this has got to be the WORST churchs chicken in this area. never open on time, drive thru closed, or you go to the door at 11am(open at 10), the door is locked but you can see cooked chicken in the takeout area!!!! Please! just close then!!!!!

Bought $27 meal and they were out of every side besides fries. When we got home we had chicken and 2 bags of biscuits and no fries. When we called the phone was busy for 20 minutes and we were never able reach them. We refuse to drive 20 minutes for sides we didn't receive. How pathetic. We will never go here again. Don't waste your time at this location.

Drive thru only. But even though the chicken wasn’t seasoned the food came up fast and cooked just right. I gave it 3 stars because usually there’s a long wait and I’m sure the lack of seasoning was accidental and has never happened

Went through drive thru..get to window.. girl takes money THEN AND ONLY THEN does she tell me there is a wait on chicken.. no prob it's Wed special.. girl says pull around to parking lot bring chicken out..cool.. TELL ME WHY MY RECEIPT SAY ORDER PLACED AT 738PM AND IT'S 813PM!!! 35mins... I get out and go to door... asks for refund cause 4 cars outside waiting NO CHICKEN!! Another girl says she has to call DM to get CODE to refund me 9.78!!! STILL NO CHICKEN.... 833pm... girl waited until another customer came in and asked that customer to give me my money for refund since Churches Chicken already had my money in their drawer... 1 hr for a no chicken experience and needless to say that customer that gave me my money back is STILL WAITING FOR CHICKEN AT 930PM!!!!

They made a mistake with my order. But the way they made me whole I was more than happy. Let's wait and see if they're as nice and helpful my next visit. Atmosphere was very poor because when I tried to walk in to order they wouldn't let you in. Only drive thru witch is slower to me.
