My recent visit to Church's Chicken was a mixed bag, but the outstanding customer service made it memorable. When I arrived, the wait was undeniably long, and I later learned that they were short-staffed. Additionally, some menu items were out of stock. Drive thru only. But even though the chicken wasn’t seasoned the food came up fast and cooked just right. I gave it 3 stars because usually there’s a long wait and I’m sure the lack of seasoning was accidental and has never happened

They made a mistake with my order. But the way they made me whole I was more than happy. Let's wait and see if they're as nice and helpful my next visit. Atmosphere was very poor because when I tried to walk in to order they wouldn't let you in. Only drive thru witch is slower to me.
