“My order had bacon on it, but I don’t eat pork. I made a complaint about it, and the Manager Deonta let me know that they have a protocol that they have to follow. I informed him that I wasn’t upset about it because I figured that it was just a mistake, but I just wanted someone to address my concern. Deonta was super polite about it and fixed the problem for me without escalating the issue. Hey guys, people make mistakes, but it’s how those mistakes are handled that makes all the difference. I will continue shopping at this location because of their excellent customer service‼️“

“Since moving into the area I haven't had any problems with this location. I asked them to not burn the cheese and they did just that. When they made a mistake with my order they apologize quickly corrected the mistake. Staff had a pleasant attitude.“
