“Let me say, my business had a major event and we, last minute, placed an order for 23 pizza. I did this before they opened, ans after they opened the manager called me and told me the normal policy for an order that big (we should've ordered a few days in advanced) and we messed up. However, the manager, and I feel so bad I can't remember her name, told us she'd still do the order it'll just be a few minutes later than we expected. That was fine!
A bit later, some other stuff happens and I get the pizza as 12, which was earlier than I was expecting, and all the pizzas were delicious. I just want to give this team a MAJOR shout out for today, especially the manager! She had a lot on her hands and cooperated with me so well. Thank you SO much for getting us our pizzas! This was an experience I'll remember due to the great service I was provided.“
“Wow, I am very impressed with the customer service! I have never left a review anywhere before now. I can’t even help but to let you guys know that the delivery guy Anthony, was super friendly and polite, and I had to call the store bcuz I messed up the credit card info for the tip, and, Michael answered the phone and was extremely friendly, happy, positive, helpful and very polite.That’s hard to come by nowadays and I am very impressed!!!
