“Always hot and fresh, even when delivered. Best Domino's I've been to in the area. The parking lot pretty much sucks on a busy night making it hard to get to the pick up window, but that's my only complaint and it doesn't keep me from using this Domino's!“
“There is a woman manager that is always friendly & doesn't seem to mind small talk. You can tell she's busy sometimes the way she's zooming around back there. There is a happy/chipper man, I believe his name is Joe, such a great fella, helped me with a question even though he seems to be on the go (delivery guy) People, please don't forget to tip your delivery person, especially when they arrive sooner than expected. A black gentlemen was also pretty friendly I should've asked for their names. Really enjoy this location.“
“I decided to check out this new Domino's location for a quick carryout order, and I am so glad I did! The inside of the store was super clean and modern. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted me right away when I walked through the door.My pizza was piping hot, perfectly cooked, and ready right on time. You can tell this new team is working hard to make a great impression. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for pizza night!“
“10/10. Two times ordering from here: One time was a pickup order, and it took a little longer than expected but no big deal (I work in a resturant so I understand timing on things). Second time I had it delivered to my work and it was super hot and yummy. Perfect pizza both times. About to order one right now!!“
“I recently made an order online for a pizza with pineapple. I accidentally forgot to add extra & I called & spoke with Isaiah. He was so willing to help over the phone, happy to help, & gave amazing customer service if I needed anything else!Last time I was there I had an elderly women yelled at me & be super rude when I called & complained that I didn’t receive my ranch sauce with my order. She made it so extremely problematic that she literally argued with me over the phone that it was “my” fault that I didn’t receive the sauce, even though it eas on my order & showed up on my receipt. (My boyfriend was picking up the order so he didn’t know if sauce came or not, he was just expecting a pizza!) Now I get it, mistakes happen. I’m not upset that it happened. I am upset with how she handled the situation. The manager who was working that evening didn’t seem to care. So unprofessional & disrespectful.ANYWAY..It was such a pleasure to speak with Isaiah & get excellent customer service & his willingness to help. Thank you!!“
“My office placed a huge order! I took the order to the location on Thursday for a noon Monday delivery. Chelsea, Zack & the delivery driver were AWESOME! Everything was right. Delivered at Noon on Monday as requested! Our order was multiple things over $400.00.

“Thank you for being open. The service was quick. The guy making the pizzas is a great worker. I watched him keep things running very smooth in the kitchen and both him and the lady worked together as a team. Food was on point. From order to finish was about 20 minutes.“
“Excellent experience! Excellent workers!we love bobby. Bobby and Joseph are the top number 1 workers we love to go visit them. they give us such a pleasant atmosphere and awesome welcoming hospitality 😆 They love my boyfriend and and members i bring with, bobby never kicks us out and always has a smile on his face every-time he sees us ❤😆 the spills that we make are greatfully cleaned up by our true one and only worker bobby we always see him walk to work everyday with a big bright smile everyday and greet us wherever we see him. He helps us with our problems and whenever we have issues we can always count on bobby to help us out. He gives us such good energy , pizza and bread bites! He even offered us some donuts. We truly appreciate him and the other workers that are working hard to make everyone’s day amazing! Especially Joseph and mostly bobby. He brings up his nephew every-time and we truly see how bond-full they are together they love to visit and spend time with bobby when he has his own free time of course.“

“So I've had my share of disappointment with dominoes but tonight...tonight? I have to come spread positivity. First off the in store site is beautiful, it was nothing but black men working, talking, cooking, laughing etc. In this world, it's refreshing to see a group of black men acting like a group of cousins at grandma's. Well anyway I smiled when I seen the Mgr. He just looked like today was a little intense. So I smiled at him. He thanked me for smiling. (A smile goes a long way when someone's day is not as they hoped for when they first woke up) well I had received the wrong pizza yesterday, he immediately prepped my pizza himself and popped it in the oven. They were swamped with orders and I left feeling like Dominoes smiled back through the mgrs service. Guys stay unique bc I laughed listening to yall act like childhood friends“
“I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but I tell you what, they have spoiled me. I used to go to the one on Grand and Shenandoah. Yeah, never again. This is my perspective, my opinion, and what my wife and I have experience. So if you wanna have some Domino’s Pizza, try this one!“
“I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the new manager at this location! I order with an eased mind knowing that my food will be excellent every time. They’ve always been great with getting my food to me, but now they send out the orders with such love and care, it’s hot, fresh and crafted now! The first time I got a pizza under the new management I gasped and could’ve cried it was so perfect. I feel like the whole team truly cares and are proud about the effort they put forth into making the food! I’m so happy with their level of service! Great job to Rob and the crew! 💜“

“I was shut in at home with injuries and two of my friends decided to visit, and check on me. The time of day was midday and I assumed that I should have something to offer them, but I wasn't able to prepare anything. I remembered there was a Domino's nearby and suggested we get something from Domino's to eat. I payed for the order and we agreed on a few menu items. The food was fresh hot and delicious. One of them ordered cinnamon bites and I refused to try them. After some convincing I tried them and I was converted. They were so good. Thank you Domino's for making that visit so nice and fun.“
“I just had their Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It was the best pizza I've ever had. And their Lava cakes ... let's just say I try not to buy them too often because when I do I eat them all really fast and I don't need to gain weight! But for a special dessert I don't think you can get much better. Their service has improved a lot recently. I think they added more drivers or something because my last order came really fast and the driver was a smiling cheerful face when she dropped it off. So overall, I'm giving it a 5.0“
“Today was a very good visit to this Domino's Pizza restaurant! I usually order online, and then I drive to pick up the order. This location has improved it's service and quality over the past months. I'm happy to order from here now in 2022. That's important because in the past this was a bad location, and was barely functional. Currently carside delivery (at the store), and store pickup were the options today. Because.. staffing drivers is real thing. Today I was pleasantly helped by Marcus and Terrell tonight. Good communication. They made the pizza perfectly, hot fresh and with plenty of toppings. Gentlemen Thank You, and God Bless you, for great customer service and healthy, fresh, delicious food. I will return in the near future.“

“I ordered occasionally from this location over the past several years and never had an issue. My pizzas and sides were always hot and prepared to standard as with most Domino's I've visited over the years. When I first moved to Hyde Park, I was SHOCKED to see that they delivered to my address, but alas, I appreciated them very much for it! No problems whatsoever with the 10-or-so orders I placed.“
