“There is a woman manager that is always friendly & doesn't seem to mind small talk. You can tell she's busy sometimes the way she's zooming around back there. There is a happy/chipper man, I believe his name is Joe, such a great fella, helped me with a question even though he seems to be on the go (delivery guy) People, please don't forget to tip your delivery person, especially when they arrive sooner than expected. A black gentlemen was also pretty friendly I should've asked for their names. Really enjoy this location.“
“Always hot and fresh, even when delivered. Best Domino's I've been to in the area. The parking lot pretty much sucks on a busy night making it hard to get to the pick up window, but that's my only complaint and it doesn't keep me from using this Domino's!“
“I just received a delivery from this location and my driver for order 869209 did a wonderful job and was incredibly nice. I feel bad because there was an issue with the dollar amount/tip amount, and I was very unintentionally short with her (I had a lot going on in the moment). So, thank you to the delivery driver!
Also the food was great. I haven't ever had a problem with this locations quality.“
“I am a highschool teacher and order almost 20 pizzas for a performance rehearsal. I called 4-5 days ahead and they were super professional, quick and TIMELY. Delivery was scheduled for 5pm and they arrived at 4:50pm with hot and fresh pizzas. The order was EXACT and PERFECT. Very happy. Students were happy, parents were happy, I was ecstatic!! Will always love doing business with them“
“Thank you for being open. The service was quick. The guy making the pizzas is a great worker. I watched him keep things running very smooth in the kitchen and both him and the lady worked together as a team. Food was on point. From order to finish was about 20 minutes.“
“I recently made an order online for a pizza with pineapple. I accidentally forgot to add extra & I called & spoke with Isaiah. He was so willing to help over the phone, happy to help, & gave amazing customer service if I needed anything else!Last time I was there I had an elderly women yelled at me & be super rude when I called & complained that I didn’t receive my ranch sauce with my order. She made it so extremely problematic that she literally argued with me over the phone that it was “my” fault that I didn’t receive the sauce, even though it eas on my order & showed up on my receipt. (My boyfriend was picking up the order so he didn’t know if sauce came or not, he was just expecting a pizza!) Now I get it, mistakes happen. I’m not upset that it happened. I am upset with how she handled the situation. The manager who was working that evening didn’t seem to care. So unprofessional & disrespectful.ANYWAY..It was such a pleasure to speak with Isaiah & get excellent customer service & his willingness to help. Thank you!!“
“My office placed a huge order! I took the order to the location on Thursday for a noon Monday delivery. Chelsea, Zack & the delivery driver were AWESOME! Everything was right. Delivered at Noon on Monday as requested! Our order was multiple things over $400.00.

“We never thought Domino’s would be that good until we saw the $9.99 special, so we tried it. My wife had the crispy thin Crust and I had the New York crust which was delicious. I was really surprised at how good it was and how many ingredients were on the pizza. It was ready when I got there and the woman was very nice to deal with. We will return to the Tesson ferry Domino’s Pizza.“
“I work for a non-profit (PreventEd) and we have a high school leadership camp that needed multiple empty pizza boxes for an activity we have the students do. This store was so nice and worked with me to get a bunch of boxes for a really cheap price. We live by this store too and their pizza is always great! “I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but I tell you what, they have spoiled me. I used to go to the one on Grand and Shenandoah. Yeah, never again. This is my perspective, my opinion, and what my wife and I have experience. So if you wanna have some Domino’s Pizza, try this one!“
“The staff at Dominos were polite & the pizza was hot, & I appreciate both! I placed an online order & when I got there, they were out of salad. The cashier promptly refunded the entire order & rekeyed it for me to re-purchase...minus the salad. There were 4 ppl behind me in line, so I chose not to make a scene & just paid for it. The problem was, someone else purchased the pizza online, originally & I ended up paying for the corrected order, at the store, that was not cool. My request is....Please do not let ppl order stuff that is not available. Or refund just the item in question.“
“We live in the neighborhood and order from this Dominos often. It has been hit or miss the last couple years, with uneven toppings or things being under or over cooked. I know they have staffing issues, and we aren't ordering dominos for a gourmet experience.
But tonight was like we opened a box on a television commercial. Absolutely perfection, like pizza straight from a training manual. My 9 year old stared at her pizza in shock and finally said, "IT'S SO PILLOWY. Can we send them a message and say it's perfect?" 😅“
“Today was a very good visit to this Domino's Pizza restaurant! I usually order online, and then I drive to pick up the order. This location has improved it's service and quality over the past months. I'm happy to order from here now in 2022. That's important because in the past this was a bad location, and was barely functional. Currently carside delivery (at the store), and store pickup were the options today. Because.. staffing drivers is real thing. Today I was pleasantly helped by Marcus and Terrell tonight. Good communication. They made the pizza perfectly, hot fresh and with plenty of toppings. Gentlemen Thank You, and God Bless you, for great customer service and healthy, fresh, delicious food. I will return in the near future.“
“I just had their Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It was the best pizza I've ever had. And their Lava cakes ... let's just say I try not to buy them too often because when I do I eat them all really fast and I don't need to gain weight! But for a special dessert I don't think you can get much better. Their service has improved a lot recently. I think they added more drivers or something because my last order came really fast and the driver was a smiling cheerful face when she dropped it off. So overall, I'm giving it a 5.0“
“Our team placed a very large pizza order (12) to be delivered to our hotel on 3.14. The whole area was chaos as expected but our driver, Jeremiah, pulled through and delivered our order on time. The pizzas were hot and all order details were followed. Thank you!“
“I ordered occasionally from this location over the past several years and never had an issue. My pizzas and sides were always hot and prepared to standard as with most Domino's I've visited over the years. When I first moved to Hyde Park, I was SHOCKED to see that they delivered to my address, but alas, I appreciated them very much for it! No problems whatsoever with the 10-or-so orders I placed.“
“I'm moving out of the area soon but as a lifelong Domino's fan, this has been the most consistent location I have experienced in terms of food quality, timeliness, and order execution.
