I went to this McDonald's a minimum of 3 days out of the week during the weekdays for a school year. my son was attending Hazelwood East special School district, which is just right around the corner from this McDonald's. they definitely do have some personalities working up there. I think I like that. that means that McDonald's allows everyone to keeping who they really are while they're working for them. My English muffin was over cooked
Just take the registers out. Employees walk smooth past them and the people standing there waiting. If the registers are gone, we don't have the expectation of getting help there. Not everyone wants to or can use those kiosks, especially older customers.
