All the horrible reviews on Facebook and online google and nothing is being done about it! Horrible customer service, horrible smoothies/bowls, system always done,wait is insane, poor leadership, closing before time, etc.
I pulled up to the store and the door was locked. After pulling on the door and checking for any signage about a closure there were about three or four team members behind the counter that was just shaking their heads and pointing to the drive-through. I then confirmed no inside just drive-through they said shook their heads yes. They close at 9pm every night . At least SUPPOSED to close then. They close at 8pm every single night, if you place an order after 8pm you have to come back the next day for a refund because they won’t make it . Lazy and unprofessional and should NOT be open
