There are not enough characters in this box for me to type all the problems at this location. Definitely the worst Sonic I've EVER been to. People, listen very carefully. Do Not EVER EVER EVER go to this location!
It needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!
Went there tonight and first of all, app wasn’t working. Second, we pull up to the drive up part and that wasn’t working. Went to another section, it takes our order then we wait about 30 minutes...no service. We press the button, they tell us they are only doing drive thru. When we fussed about how long we were there, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by them bringing our food out. Then got our order wrong. No good customer service and no tip!
My family and I visited the sonics on house ferry this evening we ordered two mozzarella sticks chicken sandwich and three peach limeade. Our order as simple as it was always very difficult for your employees we were asked to park and wait for our food wait at 26 minutes for them to bring us the wrong items we returned to the drive-through explaining the mishap where we were told that we were Capt in slang means liar!
