huuuuuuge kudos to the new GM Shameka here at this location at Cross Keys! fantastic energy, speedy service and also knows a thing or two about 7 star customer service. see it's cool to do the bare minimum but going above and beyond by tending to an entire lobby of customers, choosing options for us and not even calling for the help. that's big boss stuff. well done. and lawd Serena isn't just sweet as cake batter, she's amazing on the eyes hahah I meeeean I'll be back like errrrday
Great selection of ice cream flavors and great customer service.
The staff did a great job at making our order but they were overwhelmed with in store customers and online ordering. The management needs to give them a raise! And they need to do better at having more staff for prime hours.
