“I came in the morning and there was a lot of people in there, and I heard a lot of customers talking bad about the staff because of the wait, So I wanted to get on here and say THANK YOU To the wonderful staff working today!! They were short-staffed, but were very kind and friendly and got the orders out as fast as they could given the circumstances!! I usually don’t like McDonald’s coffee, But this has to be the best coffee I’ve ever had! Keep it up guys :)“

“Nate and Sarah were the absolute best to work with! They took my vision of a very small wedding (seriously like only 30 people there) and made it magical! They have amazing micro wedding packages and their pro decor option is so worth it! No stress to decorate and they do the best job! They set it all up and even put it all away including any decor you bring in! They fought the wind to hang some drapery outside. They let us use their speakers to Bluetooth a phone for music since I didn’t want a DJ for a small wedding. They made sure everything ran smoothly by putting out the food, desserts, and made sure the drinks were always full! And a bonus that it’s dog friendly so our furry baby could join! We can’t thank them enough for making our special day run so smoothly.“

“By far my favorite coffee shop so far in Branson. Find them in a “hole in the wall” on the side of Music City Centre. Simple aesthetic with a quiet atmosphere.I got the White Christmas seasonal drink, it was delicious. I also got their Cinnamon Toast Chai which is a speciality menu item and it was also delicious. The cold foam on top of a flavored dirty chai was very smooth and fun to drink.Service was great. Drinks were great. Atmosphere is great. I will definitely be back. 10/10“

“My mom wanted donuts for her 76th bday and this was close to where we were staying. We both looked over the menu and picked out what we wanted before I drove up there. When I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake donut, they said the pumpkin chai donut, I said I need 1 of those too, but also 1 pumpkin cheesecake donut, they said they only have 3 seasonal donuts and that wasn't one of them, I told them its on the website and they told me I was wrong. I finished my order, iced coffee, dog donut, pumpkin chai donut, churro donut and a 2 bourbon donuts. I asked them to write Happy Birthday on the box and they did. I got everything except my coffee, the girl who ordered after me got her coffee 1st, the guy apologized when he realized he didn't make my coffee. The food was amazing, the service was great, but I'm disappointed they said they didn't have a pumpkin cheesecake donut as one of the seasonal items when the website shows it. If I'm ever in town again I'd go back, but not look online first.“

“I go here often as it's close to my work. They make the drinks perfectly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. To the point that last week I left my debt card in the card reader, and they knew where I worked by my uniform and called over to let me know they had it. So far above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much guys for saving me that hassle!!!! ?“

Hurts Donut Company is an absolute treat for gourmet donut lovers! Nestled in Branson, Missouri, this sweet spot offers an impressive selection, ranging from nostalgic childhood flavors to inventive creations, including gluten-free options and playful choices. While the prices are a bit higher than average, I found the quality and satisfaction to be well worth it.
Food: I sampled a variety of donuts during my visit, and my top picks were the classic old fashioned and the delightful lemon pie. Each donut was not only creative but also incredibly tender. However, a few were on the sweeter side due to the extra sugar, but overall, the selection was fantastic!
The service here was commendable. The staff was attentive and assisted us with the menu, answering our questions.
As for the atmosphere, it was bright and inviting! The walls were adorned with fun decor and playful donut-themed pictures that added to the charm. I enjoyed soaking in the vibrant surroundings while browsing through the various donut options.
Overall, Hurts Donut Company is a wonderful spot to check out. With its lively energy, delicious donuts, and family-friendly vibe, it’s a must-visit when in Branson, Missouri!

“Best home cooking we have had in Branson just like grandma's. Signature Chicken, Dumplins and rolls were great. Service was excellent as was the view. Live easy listening music from " Mr. Smooth" was a great addition for all those retired and Vet's out there.“

“My family got a spring berry pie to go and we agree that it was one of the best pies we've ever had. The pie is packed with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and apples. The only thing that outshone the filling was the delicious crust.
They were advertising mini-coconut cream pies but were out when we inquired. The friendly cahier quickly volunteered to make some if we waited, which we gladly did. These were delicious, but not as good as the spring berry pie.“
