I place what I thought was simple order. #3 with tots and another #3 with no bun and extra patty. Order taker got it right. When received order(at home) and opened up, was missing that extra patty that I paid for. Not only that the two burgers we got was cold and outside edge was hardened. Tots first 3 was warm rest cold. That tells me I got old ones and to make me think all was good they added few hot ones.

We said we wanted a small vanilla ice cream for a 3 year old, they asked did we want a cup or mini size we said we don’t care it’s for a 3 yr old. We also ordered hot fudge sundae and a drink. The hot fudge was 2.69 then vanilla ice cream was 4.69. When we questioned it the manager said it was because they did it as a blast, we asked what was in it and she said vanilla ice cream!!!
