The staff did not care for the customers. What bad attitudes! We were the only customers in the restaurant and they barely acknowledged us. Three girls talked among themselves and played with their phone. Terrible service!
Overall good spot. However, this Rolla location has smoked wings that they fry to warm them up. Store personnel say that corporate tells them to reheat the wings this way. Why not reheat the brisket, ribs and sausage the same way then?Ijs, I didn’t want a fried product and frying these wings to reheat them dried them out and made them crispy. I ordered the 3 meat plate. Came with choice of meats and two sides and a roll. I ordered sliced brisket, polish sausage, and ribs. For the sides I ordered the fried okra and potato salad. The brisket was dry and tough, it’s a good thing I bought the drink. The ribs were tender enough that when I picked them up they fell apart, unfortunately that’s due to the slice marks in the top as there was small amount of edible meat on there as it was dry mostly as well.
