The nicest employees! I have had numerous encounters where they went above expectations. Once I was ridiculous while ordering, not sure if i wanted it this way or that. I went back and fourth 3 times and I guy just kept changing it, pleasantly. When i apologized he told me it really wasn't a problem, as we all laughed about it.
Another time I forgot to say "no mayo" on my online order and they completely remade my sub like it was nothing. 100% my mistake and they fixed...read full review
Helpful employees to the point of being pushy. Did not offer to toast the sandwich. Not great cold.

Jimmy John's offers a variety of food options, accommodating dietary restrictions. The staff can be inattentive, but once they notice you, they are friendly. While the food is usually made correctly and quickly, there is a lack of customer service when mistakes happen. Despite this, the actual Jimmy John team responded with kindness. Customers may need to reach into the food prep area for napkins and bags, as they are not provided automatically.
