I eat at a lot of DFACs around the country. This one is one of my favorites. Delivers on quality, variety, and taste, consistently.
Solid experience overall. The people working here are genuinely great and always welcoming, which makes a big difference day to day. The food definitely does the job and keeps you going, but it’s pretty clear it’s loaded with sodium. Would love to see more healthier, balanced options across military installations. Still, no complaints about the staff they make it a good environment.
Place is a hit or miss. They usually give out elementary school food portions and refuse to give additional protein.

NCOA Dining Facility offers a solid experience with friendly, welcoming staff that creates a good environment. The food, including fresh fruit and omelets in the mornings, does the job but is often loaded with sodium, and healthier options are limited. The facility is small, with no weekend hours, and provides quick service with a decent salad bar. Overall, it is considered one of the better DFACs at Fort Leonard Wood.
