Id have to say that the burnt end lunch sandwich was good and tender, but lacked maybe cheese or onion straws. Victor was very patient with us and deciding on what options we were going to get. Also Victor never once got a attitude with what he had to make for our party box. Victor made our late night experience great! And I am so thankful for him and what he did!”

“I just ordered the subway club.
2 visits.
1st visit was how it showed it to be made, ham turkey and beef.
2nd visit I got bacon instead of beef. It was still good. And I think there is different clubs, but......
Other than that, the price! Almost 15 for sandwich alone. All I got. Each time.
So 2 visits, same order but 2 different but decent sandwiches. No one in there, I don't try the drive thru... I'll be back in sure.”

“For some reason this is the only fast food restaurant I've never had bad service at, and in the 20 year's I've been going to this particular one I've only had bad food once and that was a long time ago.”

There is a different attitude and atmosphere in this store since Amber was added as well as the store looking and smelling cleaner
Great choice Captain D’s in bringing her on board. Myself and my family have been repeat customers since she has arrived and we even ask when she will be there. Previously when there was an issue the other managers were rude as if we bothered them. She smiles ALL THE TIME! wish more were like her”

“I love KFC. But most of their food takes a lot of time to cook and they can't always predict how many customers that will come thru so be prepared to be patient or be flexible later in the evening.”
