We had a wonderful time last night at the sip and paint event. This was our first time here and it was fun! we had the big rich roast beef sandwich and fries and WOW! Super soft bread and butter tender roast beef.we had a great bartender brandy I believe she said. This was a girls night out for a friend and I so we did the sip and paint event. Hard Core Cafe is a great place to eat or drink with excellent service and plenty of parking. Located next to a top-notch bike customization shop, the cafe offers a delicious club sandwich made with three slices of toasted wheat bread, mayo, lettuce, cheese, turkey, tomato, ham, and bacon. This towering sandwich is a test of human endurance, standing over 3 1/2 inches high! Despite its size, the sandwich is incredibly fresh and delicious, making it a must-try at Hard Core Cafe in Gladstone. The cafe also serves a big rich roast beef sandwich with super soft bread and butter tender roast beef. Their Turkey Melt is so good, and they also have French Dip and potato salad. For appetizers, they offer jalapeño caps and pepper jack cheese squares. Entrees include a rueben, which is the best anyone has ever had, and the Hard Core Classic. Drinks are great, and they have a custom shot menu with some really awesome shots, like the chocolate covered cherry shot. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly, with nice and welcoming staff. Hard Core Cafe is a 10/10 for sure, offering a satisfying dining experience.
