🤔we ordered one from the one off Neiman Road, our pizza arrived 30 minutes late and was cold, because the driver stopped to jump someone. yes I'm sorry for the drive but we did not deserve a late cold pizza either. and nor should we've had to pay for us. the store manager didn't even offer to resend or try to offer a free pizza next time. 🥺😔
My recommendation (or lack thereof) isn't as simple as a yes or no. They usually do a good job, but my orders have been messed up a few times. They've forgotten items. They've sent the wrong items. I haven't liked a couple things that I've tried, but that was personal preference and nothing they did wrong. So far, though, when something has gone wrong and I brought it to their attention, they've made it up to me.
