“Local Flavor is an absolute gem! The ambiance is moody in the best way—modern, clean, and inviting. Service was impeccable from start to finish, and the menu truly offers something for everyone. We started with the crab cakes (delicious!) and the bread service—the oil and balsamic alone are worth it. Salads were crisp and fresh. For entrées, I had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp—rich, creamy, and honestly one of the best Alfredo dishes I’ve ever had. My other half went with the New York strip steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare. Even as someone who usually prefers steak well-done, I tried it and it was absolutely divine—10/10. Do not miss this spot when in Eureka Springs. The combination of outstanding food, wonderful ambiance, and top-notch service makes it well worth a reservation.“

“I have passed by many times, always wanting to try it. I ordered biscuit and sausage gravy with chunky potatoes with gravy. There is a sign at the door quoting fresh ain't fast. I have no complaints as to the time it takes to get my order. Biscuits were huge, potatoes need some salt but cooked perfectly. If they are open when I pass by, I will stop again. Thank you for the great food, amazing service, and exceptional sweet tea.

“I've seen this dining room in many states of dress and undress, parties, brunch, business meetings, and friendly gatherings. At no point have I ever looked around and this room and been disappointed. The service, the magic, the care that the staff always puts into even their longest days. “Went in and were seated promptly. Our waiter Arthur was absolutely the best waiter we have had when dining out. It is clear that he is in the right business. He made us feel welcome and was on his game making sure we had everything we needed. Even though he had at least 5 other tables. We had the salad bar and the potato salad was completely off the hook good. We stayed on site for the night and the room was very nice as well.“

I work as an NREMT in Nebraska and he was so kind to thank me for my service. He treated me like family. It’s awesome to chit chat with Robert!!!! So fun of personality and life. I ride a Harley and pass through Eureka Springs often. I will certainly be back. His homemade pizza dough and sauces are delicious!!!! When leaving, I went in to say goodbye….
