“I placed an order on the app during lunch on a busy and beautiful Friday afternoon. There was an error (probably made by me when ordering) with the toppings on two of the sandwiches. We realized that they weren’t right after we got home. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager to ask if we could have the sandwiches remade. He was kind, understanding and happy to correct the error. The new sandwich were waiting for me when I returned to Subway. I sincerely appreciate how the situation was handled by the manager. He is doing a great job!”

“I'm leaving this positive review because I've been to this KFC several times in the last 6 months and each time I was extremely disappointed in the service and said I would never to come back. I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to give them another chance and I went in and I got my order taken right away and got my food and about 5 minutes. Now they weren't very busy so I'm not sure if that was the reason or if they have fixed some of their problems. Hopefully the latter.”
