A great stop doing a road trip. The hotel is large, easy to get around, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We love the spacious room, large hole, relaxing hot tub, and the variety of breakfast choices. The front desk staff were specifically kind and professional. They even helped us fix a mistake with our reservation without any hassle or extra charge. We'll definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time we're passing through.

Based on the reviews, Quality Inn & Suites Hannibal has spacious and comfortable rooms with cold AC, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk workers are pleasant and go above and beyond for customers. The owner is always on site and puts the customer experience at the highest priority. The location is easy to get into but a little tricky to find the first time.
However, the hotel is very dated with a heavy feel. Guests found a large blood stain on a bed pillow, causing questions about the cleanliness of the bed clothes and towels. The pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning, with black or dark spots on the bottom and no chlorine used. There are no pool towels, and the glass doors need washing. The wallpaper in the halls is peeling, and the deck has broken handrails. The breakfast is subpar, and the nightly price is too high for the condition. The place smells like a bad incense and looks clean but doesn’t feel clean.
