Used to be a real gem. Under the new management it is going to hell. Obviously putting no money into maintenance. Wallpaper pealing, hot tub lukewarm, mold in shower, rude desk service, lounge closed, etc etc. Breakfast is still very good, but I’ll probably stay at sleep inn next door next time.
We checked in Nov 24 and checked out Nov 25. My spouse, our child and I stayed one night. Our first room had sheets (both beds) with random, numerous dark stains on them. There was also what appeared to be a pubic hair on our phone in the first room as well. We called the front desk and got moved to a second room nearby. Amazing place to stay. Mom and I travel a lot for conferences and never know where we’re going to stay before we get there.
