My husband and I had dinner here last night. It was a beautiful, intimate setting. Even though there were three other families and couples around, it still felt very romantic. The host, David, was very friendly. He is a one man show but he ran everything very smoothly. The food was AMAZING. I cannot put into words how good the food was. The Vallet house absolutely exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were greeted by David, who got us drinks as we waited for the 5:30 seating. While we waited, he explained that he was a one man show- the "host", the chef, the waiter, the bartender, everything! Dinner at The Vallet House exceeded all of our expectations! Food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was very cool and historic. Wine we had was great, service was impeccable, truly we have zero complaints. I would hands down recommend The Vallet House to all my family and friends that visit Hermann!
