Extremely authentic. Owner takes pride in the whole operation. The food is absolutely amazing.

Based on customer reviews, Bida's Italian offers amazing food and an out of this world experience. The pasta and sauces are homemade, and the menu is large with many options. Specific meals mentioned include chicken, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken tortellini Alfredo with broccoli, which is yummy. The wonderful rolls are a highlight, and the salmon is cooked properly. Servings are huge, with large portions and enough food for two or more meals per dish. The sauce to noodle ratio is perfect. The staff is awesome, quick, and efficient. One waitress was very attentive and treated customers like family. While there was an issue with a delivery order through Door Dash, the restaurant went above and beyond to make it right, remaking the whole order, including desserts, and delivering it. This is a place where customers get their money's worth and will definitely be back.
