Whatever happened to fresh hot CRISPY fries, when they are done right and not served luke warm and soggy this franchise has the greatest fast food fries, unfortunately thats not what I got today, but seems to be the norm and it shouldn't be, then to add on top of that I get to open my sandwiches which I will say upfront the filet o fish was pretty fine for what it is, but this triple cheese I mean everyone wants it fast and I asked for no ketchup or mustard no problem but now...read full review
