Mexican Restaurants in Holden

“I used to think Playa Azul was the best Mexican food in an hour vicinity of Holden but after Andale Amigo has changed their menu recently I have to say I am lucky to have the best Mexican restaurant to eat at right in this small town. I had a strawberry daiquiri with real strawberries without the seeds (best I’ve ever had!) and had the molcajete bowl with all the meats cooked to perfection (shrimp was even crisp and big!) and even the sauce tasted better than birria! Phenomenal doesn’t even come close to describing the flavors that are still dancing around in my mouth. Whatever you do, don’t eat here! You will become addicted and go broke! ??‍♀️“

“This is where I meet up with friends or where we run to is we are hungry for Mexican. It is right off of the highway so it is easy to get to. It is the usual Mecixan menu and has great specials. I recommend this place if you are wanting a quick bite or looking for a place with the usual menu options. The faces are friendly and fast. The environment is open and inviting. I would recommend this place whether you are just driving through or if you are a local.Kid-friendliness: Very warm and inviting to families.“
