“Ordered on the app and went in to pick up. Staff was helping make a special order for an older woman and treated her so kindly. Then they were cheerfully teasing each other. My order was handed to me with a big smile.

“We ate at Dukes today for the second time. It was so busy, which is always a great sign. The staff handled the busyness with class though and we were seated as soon possible, our food was prepared quickly and everything was delicious. “Of course my #3 combo was delicious. Dakiah and Makalia is why I am doing this review. They made my experience above and beyond. I had a couple of to go orders on an extremely windy day. I had to transport this order for several blocks. Poor planning on my part. These lovely ladies had a plan before I even asked. Thank you so much for doing more than expected. “Freddy’s in Jeff City was the perfect stop while traveling back from a wrestling tournament. After a long day on the road, it was so nice to grab a hot, familiar meal that everyone was excited about.
The burgers and fries were exactly what we needed—fast, fresh, and comforting—and the frozen custard was a great treat to wrap up the stop. Service was efficient, and everything moved quickly, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling with tired kids and tight timelines.
This is a dependable, feel-good stop when passing through Jefferson City. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re headed home from a tournament or road trip.“
