Santiago Apostol Taqueria Reviews
Second time here. Excellent dinner and wonderful service, again. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.
We had a fantastic Sunday evening dinner at Santiago Apostol Taqueria! My wife, our daughter, and I met my dad and his wife here, and with five of us at the table, we ended up ordering a little bit of everything.
We tried the Enchiladas Tropicanas, Pollo Salinas, Pollo Santiago, Quesabirria, street corn, and of course a couple of margaritas. Everything was exceptional. The portions were generous, the flavors were fantastic, and every time another plate came out we wanted...read full review

Santiago Apostol Taqueria is a Mexican restaurant in House Springs that started as a food truck and now has a brick and mortar home. This small location with about a dozen tables tucked in a strip mall has quickly become a go to spot for great meals, great service, and even better prices.
The food is exceptional and top notch, by far the best in the area, including St. Louis. The portions are generous and fantastic, and everything tasted wonderful. Guests have tried the Enchiladas Tropicanas, Pollo Salinas, Pollo Santiago, Quesabirria, street corn, and margaritas. The street corn was especially good, and the chicken dishes were absolutely loaded. The quesabirria is amazing, especially with extra lime, extra napkins and guacamole. Emily’s Steak & Shrimp and the classic Queso birria tacos from off the truck are recommended. The margaritas are delicious and the prices are exceptional.
The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming and genuinely cares about his restaurant and the people who come through the door. The atmosphere is a relaxed neighborhood one. It is worth the long trip and the drive if you are in St. Louis. Many will eat here many more times and look forward to doing so.
