Auntie Anne's

Service was rude, and they only ever really have two types of pretzels, plain or salted. What a waste of an Auntie Anne's.

Old crap pretzels that have been sitting there for hours bc the mall is dead. Rude staff that have no clue what customer service is. Won't be back. Would rather drive all the way to Oak Park Mall for fresh pretzels and nice staff than ever go here again

Place is going down hill for sure. Staff is rude and trash/drinks on rolling area. Placed an order for pick up and had to wait an additional 30 minutes before we got our order. 😒 Manager didn’t seem to care at all.

Got a regular pretzel and got to raw dough while eating, asked for a refund and they were pretty rude about it and didn't offer a fresh batch or anything- less upset about the refund and more about the rudeness and refusal to accept that they're serving raw dough.

Super rude every time I come here. Very slow service. Pretzels and bites are not fresh unless I order without salt. I try to avoid this location but..... IDK why they struggle so much

I came in here with my friend for her birthday today. The worker was extremely rude, had a mean look on her face the entire time she took our order. I said thank you & never got one word out of her but some short rude words when my friend was paying. Not sure of her name but unacceptable service

Employees are rude, and they never have original pretzels made. Employees answer the phones informally as well.

Went today around 12, the lady immediately said I’ll be there in a minute. Okay, we waited for 20 minutes while she said nothing and continued making pretzels like we were not even there. We left.

if i could give a negative order i would. placed order at 1:35 supposed to be done by 1:45. says place online order to “skip line” but then mine just sits in the back and says nothing about being done after we already said we were there and she confirmed with first AND last name they received it.

They need to update hours, why are they closed from 12-4pm on weekends? Wouldn't that be the busiest time?

The food was fresh and the workers were amazing! I always love coming to this place when I come to the mall and they never disappoint!

Great place to stop and grab a snack. The shop and employees looked clean. Be watchful at the mall, but that is anywhere nowadays. The mall looked clean, and it is handicapped accessible.

Haven't had Auntie Anne's in years. I used to love their hot dogs pretzels bites and hot salsa cheese. Sadly the hot dog part of the pretzel had hard pieces (like bone or grit). The hot salsa cheese was separated (which never happened before), I had to stir it together and it didn't taste right. I don't know if it's this particular location or they just changed the quality, but I couldn't finish it and definitely did not enjoy it. I feel sick to my stomach after eating it.

Should be able to order a bucket of pretzel bites 30+ min to close. Manager just wasn’t willing to go to the back to grab some dough. Like cmon I’m not paying $35 for a bucket of old pretzels

Three girls at 2:45pm all not communicating to the customers about their wait time. Took almost 40 mins for a pretzel(that’s fine) 50 mins for pizza bites (also fine even after saying it’s just 2mins anyway) but after the wait I saw on them on the glass reflection looking around with a stupid face( trying to hide it I assume ) then one proceeded to look around with the same dumb face saying my name trying to joke around. I don’t care if they were mad about me sitting there just waiting but they need to realize that that’s their job. I’m not yelling at them and even thanked them but don’t try to be rude for fun….edit they looked over at me still waiting on that pizza pretzel lol and were taking among each other looking over again. It’s your job to work, I assume no one is paying you to gossip on the clock
