Just left 9:00 on Thursday. We found a long black hair coming out of a nugget. Showed it to cashier and light gray headed manager with glasses could not come over to our table. Very rude on his part. Find another chick fila. Do not recommend.
Nona was a really huge help!!!! She gave absolutely amazing service and was so very helpful!! She was absolutely amazing, and I don’t normally leave reviews so she deserves it!!

Went there when I was sick to go through drive through and I ordered extra sauce that you gotta pay for then they didn’t give me the sauce that’s supposed to be there and they slow as hell.
Food was good but the atmosphere was bland and very depressing I should have ate in my car I would have a better vibe

Always problems here, quality issues mainly, and they flat out have zero accountability. They will refuse to help or make things right, argue, etc. They specifically sent out zero rewards or have blocked me from them despite being red or signature status, year after year. Nothing good to say about this one from the top down. They flat out don't care. 👍
