Chili's Grill & Bar

Tried out Chilis Tuesday special, the Olde timers cheeseburger and fries for $7.99 (drink not included) at the Independence location. We were seated promptly and had a great server. Food was served fast and hot. We were pleasantly surprised with the burger. It was very good and the fries were served hot. Can’t get a burger and fries at any fast food burger joint for $7.99, so Chili’s has a winner here. We also had a free appetizer on our Chilis app, so all was good😃

We ordered on Door dash since me and my husband feel sick right now and it was just bad, really bad.
Food wasn't prepared properly,I understand that food might taste different since it's not hot fresh out of the kitchen when you order delivery but this was just not it

It was so oily and greasy, that's how the Southwest roll looked when I opened the box
they forgot the salad dressing and the dips for the triple dippers

I went last week to the KS Valley View Chilli's. Was served within ten minutes, food was great. Ordered the moz sticks. I had a craving for it again and went to Chilli's Independence. It was very busy so I went to the bar. The waitress came right away and I ordered. I was told I could get the cheese but the sauce was on the side even though the MENU said it was a dollar more to get the sauced which it didn't a week ago at the one I went to. So I ordered and 45 minutes go by. I say something because I see other people getting food.....she says it is margarita day.....even though the bar staff only made two drinks while I was waiting....and I saw the gal walk over to the cash register and put the order in....yeah ....she brings out some chips and says they are just really busy.....yeah....I saw plenty of looking at her cell phone in the super busy restaurant....I waited an hour and when it came ......NO VIRAL CHEESE PULL......seemed almost overcooked and practically burned ......I boxed it up and left. As far as a tip here is a bit of advice......I would put my orders in and get the person served so I could get another person seated so I could make some money because having someone waiting just sitting there isn't really conducive to making money.

Went to visit my sister and nephew here. The food was so-so at best. Nothing terrible, but far from noteworthy. Everyone working there was pleasant. I waited over 15 minutes to pay my bill. I had no idea that you pay a card reader on the table. That'd be a good thing to know upon arrival.

Ordered triple dipper thru DoorDash, I received three cold chicken crispers. The rest of the order was missing. DoorDash refunded and I reordered, the exact same order of three cold chicken crispers showed up.

After an extended absence, I recently revisited Chili's for lunch at a friend's suggestion. I was pleased to find the food quality excellent, the service outstanding, and the prices reasonable for the current market. I will definiately keep them on my radar when I'm in town.

Greg was very friendly and diligent. Burger was great down side Mac and cheese noodles were a Lil over cooked but over all good experience ask for Greg.!

I do a lot of dashing and can honestly say that the locals seem to like the food here. What's frustrating to me is how long I usually have to wait for an order. In Door Dash, it's up to the restaurant to tell the dasher when to be there to pick up an order. 90% of the time I wind up having to wait for my delivery. I hope the customer's who dine there don't have the same experience.

We waited for about 20 minutes after being seated. No server showed up, we were in plain view and waved a couple of times. No waiter stopped. So, poor service.
