Kids loved it
I reserved a party for my grandsons birthday. Paid a 50.00 deposit. The table was supposed to be reserved for 2 hours. We arrived 45 minutes late and they refused to let us sit at the birthday table even though it was already reserved for us. They took everything down and suggested we move our party to one of the smaller tables that are not in the birthday section. The heavy set Hispanic manager who refused to give us her name was extremely rude to all of us. She refused to host our party or refund me my money. She did not offer anything to accommodate us for anything. She called the police and we were escorted out of the store all because she refused to host our party, refund me my money, or offer anything other alternative solutions to diffuse the situation. Also, when I contacted customer service on chuckee cheese website they said that the party time should’ve just been reduced. We were not asking for any extra time. We only wanted to be able to sit at the table for the rest of the time we had left for our reservation and enjoy my grandson birthday party. The manager also lied to the police and said I damaged property and they gave me a ticket for trespassing when I had a party reserved. Plus another ticket for damaging property all because they refused to host my party for the remainder of the time we had left. The workers just sat there and giggled like it was funny. I will never go to Chuckee Cheese again after this experience. They completely ruined what was supposed to be a special moment for us!
We had a good time at hosting a very pricey birthday for my son I had 7 timed cards left that weren’t even used and they just now told me when I came back in to use them that I had to use them that day which is very disappointing because I thought it was more than just 24 hr which sucks idk if we will be coming back
It was a great experience
Food was ight but ran outta cookies so they gave us colored churros. The staff was constantly busy on their phones n convos to help guests. Only the little white boy cook had good attitude only reason its getting 3 instead of 1 star. Good work kid u deserve to be a manager
We hosted our son's 3-year old bday party. Had 10 kids and 18 adults. We had a good time. The kids enjoyed playing and the dip n dots ice cream. The facility was clean and although busy with other parties, it didn't seem too crowded.
This was definitely one of the worst experiences for my kids and nephews at an arcade type place. They have the most useless prizes for the kids to choose from. They had prizes in three different display cases that were the exact same, yet they were “sold out” of those prizes and I was told that they cannon touch any of those items as they are for display only. We will definitely not be back to any Chuck E. Cheese in the future. I would not recommend to anyone.
Awful service disgusting bathrooms only person that was nice was the guy who handed me my pizza
Very good
Attempted to take my daughter there last night to celebrate her 6th birthday. Huge fight involving 15ish people broke out while we were parked. We had no way of escaping the situation and took cover by staying in the vehicle. Apparently, this happens a lot there as the people on staff acted like it was just another day. Did not feel safe. Cops told me Chuck E cheese didn't press charges so nothing they could do.
I doubt we ever go back. I get you all can't control what kind of people enter but you should press charges against people acting like that on your property. Otherwise, it keeps paying well behaved customers like myself staying completely away.

My first visit to Chuck E. Cheese and it was a good experience. Grandson's 4th B-Day party with a dozen of his friends. I think we had 12 kids and 20 adults. Ordered the pizza separate and 4 of them fed everyone. Kids were more interested in the games. Prices are high, but then again my wife tells me I'm just old and don't know what things cost. Large 1 topping pizza was $21.49, soft drinks $3.29. I think we had $350 into the event with the play passes. Everyone had a fantastic time and the crew was great keeping everyone informed. The PA system is horrible though. You can't hear anything with the sound of the games and kids. Chucke was great, told the wife I may apply for that job. Overall, kids love it and if you want to have a party this is the place. Even if you decide to just stop for pizza and games it's great. Everything was clean, restrooms were clean, food was actually good (I expected the pizza to, well...suck but it didn't, it was good, hot and fresh). Yes we'll return with the grandkids, maybe the next party also.
I am still in shock about the entire experience three days later. To start with the most important part, SAFETY of our children was zero! I have photos. The front desk was unattended at all times. Childrens hands were not stamped, nor checked when leaving as stated right on the Red Desk when you walk in. 4-5 staff were behind the counter. The security guard was on his phone playing most of the night at the other end.
The Prices! You can go to Worlds of fun cheaper! They wanted to charge a 2 year old around 30 hour to play then 15 to play on a trampoline!
No one assisted the birthday party
No napkins even
Chuck E Cheese came out, the most lethargic mouse who ever existed….
The only person that was awesome was an African American dude who came out before chuck E!
He’s the only solid employee I saw!
You charge Gold Star prices
And give Dollar Tree Service and product!
After 30 years of being a customer, you’ll never get another dime of mine!
They upgraded their exercise toys and it's pretty cool. Kept my daughter intertwined for hours.
Although they had made changes to the place. It still needs improvements.
A lot of money.
