They get you by making you order as soon as you get in with a very confusing menu... I ordered a XL pizza, salad bar, 2 sodas and- on the advice of the cashier- 90 minutes play time for my 4 year old....it came up to....freaking $99!!!! I have no understanding even now, the next day. I have been there before and it didn't cost but maybe half that. I was rushed my daughter was pulling on me I didn't know what I needed to buy but after I got dragged to a table by my very excited little girl, I sat and actually enjoyed a salad uninterrupted which, at that time, made the $100 feel valid 😂 no but while nice no, I'm kidding. I started noticing little promo signs and whatnots....i could have got a birthday party for the same price according to the video the play on the large wall..OH! And you can't forget the extra $12 you have to pay if your little one wants to enjoy the trampoline zone...with socks that are included with the $12...you have to get THEIR socks. I saw more promo signs saying unlimited play for $8... I guess the difference is whether you want to get tickets you can turn in or not. Spoiler Alert! The tickets aren't worth it if you have a little-little. The games don't pay out worth anything and the prizes you end up MAYBE being able to get at the prize/merch counter are the kinda cheap plastic or sugar junk you'd expect. All in all great time for the little ones very expensive however just make sure you know exactly what you want before going in there. I think everything else is great- the pizza was great, the food was great, service is.... not great but they were trying. I'll be back to this location,.no doubt but I'll be better prepared by checking the website first next time!
A couple of weeks ago my family had an unfortunate situation due to a staffing miscommunication. Not pleasant but things happen. I called and complained and Chuck apologized. We decided to go in today. The 2 yr old and 4 yr old had an awesome time and were happy to be there. They get one trip a month to the Chuck and both put high regard for it. The variety of games is great. Plenty of arcade things and little rides that the 2 yr old can do on his own. The 4 yr old loves collecting the tickets. We hit a couple of jackpots for high amounts like 125 and 50 so we were like yeah! The Manager was new and very present and helpful. We had enough points for a 25 piece giant Chuck E Cheese floor puzzle and both kids liked doing that when they got home. Good time! I like it and little kids think it is very cool.
Kid-friendliness: Children love the freedom to choose what they want to ride or play. Great place.

This review is specifically for Kenan, the employee who single handedly made my 2 year old nephew’s birthday party so much fun. We were there on Thursday evening, Feb 20th at 5 pm. Kenan’s customer service went above and beyond what you normally see these days at a business. I can imagine working with so many little children all the time can be exhausting and a lot of work, but Kenan made it look so effortless. He was genuinely having a great time, right along with all the little ones. It was really heartwarming to watch his enthusiasm and passion for his job. I hope this review reaches Kenan's management chain and that they know what a great job he is doing. Our entire family appreciated his efforts so much in making my nephew's birthday so fun.

Pleasantly surprised, it’s actually very clean. The restrooms are too. The staff is pleasant and sweet to the kids. We used to take our daughter to Main Event, but this is a better value and more age appropriate for her. She mostly just wants to play the arcade games anyway.
The trampoline bounce is a bit over priced in my opinion, there never seems to be any kids on it. If it were closer to $5-8, it’d be worth it. But $12 is a bit much.

We were there for close to 3 hours. I understand it was a saturday, but you would think they would have more staff available knowing how busy weekends can get. Had to wait in line for over 30 minutes just to redeem my daughter's birthday coupon. They only had one person on the Register the entire time. Multiple tables sat dirty during the entire time we were there. I even asked them if they could clean the table next to us to accommodate everybody we had, they said sure, and it never got done. There was not one employee walking around on the floor trying to help anybody, but i seen multiple employees just standing around talking to each other and or on their phones.

Had my baby’s 4th bday here on Tuesday and the entire staff was more than kind and really helped make my sons birthday one to remember food was good games were great and so was the service
Went in on a Wednesday with a Groupon for unlimited play for an hour. Carson assisted us with everything and had great customer service skills. Went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and her daughter had a good time.
Food and service are always great. But every time I go, it appears it's more of a daycare now. Multiple children abusing the games and cutting in line.

While i was parking a staff member was also parking and had someone in passenger seat in the chuckee costume.while getting out the car the person in the suit proceeded to hit my car. when i went in the establishment Mckenzie the one who drove the car, proceeded to laugh in my face as i asked for her insurance information. i will NEVER go there again. especially after my son saw poop all over the boys bathroom.
