Genuinely disappointed that you got rid of the garlic parm sauce. Last time I ordered it my wings came without any sauce and now it's just gone. This was my favorite place to get wings until now.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Great food! Poor communication and structure. 44 wings with one cup of Bleu Cheese is absolutely unacceptable! Let me guess your short staffed, so this is the reason! Working in a marketing role, I will suggest “disabling” an option for Door Dash customers to add extra sauce will continue to have a decline on your ROI and more disgruntled customers.This is no insult to Door Dashers!

Ordered from this place for the first time, I ordered "Cajun" wings through doordash. When I open it, this is what I got... One and a quarter wings coated in Cajun seasoning and the rest of them completely bare. Poor quality check, poor service, poor food standards.

stopped going to this Chili's because it was not clean and help came out of the kitchen to stand almost on top of dinners while they talked to each other. So, after many months tried it again - it is closer to my home- the restaurant is much cleaner but the help walked past us three times. My husband has problems standing for long times, he also has trouble walking. So, he sat at one of the many empty tables close to the door. After a good 15 minutes of being ignored by the waiters and the bartender, one came to the front and asked a woman who was talking on the phone and faced away from the dinning area if she needed a table. She was annoyed at being interrupted and said so. Then he asked me, I said my husband had seated himself since he was now at the booth next to the window. I was told he couldn't sit there it was closed - however, there were other people in the same area eating. We had to move or we would not be waited on. We left. So, while the restaurant is cleaner - so much so one notices when entering - the service or lack of it makes this a no go. Skip it, the frustration is not worth it. I gave it 2 stars because they cleaned it up.
