Horrible manager or employee idk running the drive thru. Pretty sure she was training someone and when I would just talk to him she would chime in saying rude and impatient things. Like where is the good customer service? I’m not coming back unless that girl is gone.
We experienced a very rude lady working the drive thru window. As we were ordering she was not only talking over us, she was adding unnecessary comments about how we were in the wrong place ordering bone out wings.. "this is Jack n the box, ya'all at the wrong place." Clearly. we left and will not be returning.
I ordered the SourDough Jack in Drive-Thru. Pay and asked to pull around. Waited awhile for food. Then when I get home the Sour Dough Jack was on regular bun. Call up to the store and they just say well we don’t have sourdough.
Why wasn’t I informed when ordering it or when they brought it out? I would have changed my order to something else.
