I've never eaten at 5 Guys so while in KC we decided to have a burger to see what all the fuss was about.The girl taking our order wouldn't speak up, some of the guys with long hair cooking food didn't have in hair nets, it took 30 min for our order, the tables were NOT clean nor was the pop machine, the fries were soggy and NOT warm but the burger was Ok. It wasn't worth all the hype it gets but will try it back home and give another chance.
We've been going to this location since it opened, service is generally good, food is always great and I love getting free peanuts. I have ordered in the store to dine in and take out and we have used the Five Guys app to order ahead of time as well. Great burgers and a small fry feeds the whole family. If there is a draw back to this location it is getting out of the parking lot.
