My dad just placed an order through the app wanting to pay with cash, soon after we got a call telling us we needed to pay with card and that they only had one driver so they’d send it through DoorDash. My dad told them to just cancel the order and he replaced a different order on the app paying with card. I called tonight and the person hung up when I was in the middle of a conversation there claim was got disconnected couldn't hear me this is the first time they did this I going let it slide this time
This store has terrible customer service and their manager is a very angry and hateful person. Instead of trying to resolve a customer issue...he yells at you and then hangs up on you! I called back and he would not have the guts to talk to me and the woman employee actually hung up on me. How adult like to act that way. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!
