I walked in. Absolutely no other customers in the store. Workers glance at me but nobody seems really want to help me. I wait patiently. It's almost like everyone was waiting it out to see who would have to make my burrito. The guy who seemed to be in charge of the front used this as an opportunity to go fill up the ingredients in the front that weren't even empty. Another was sweeping. One was filling up bags or chips.

Very friendly staff
Piss poor management, rude staff, filthy restaurant. Just go to Blue Springs.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on 291 Highway is a fantastic addition to the area. The experience is quick, easy, and consistently clean. The restaurant is very clean and neat, and there is always a clean, comfortable place to sit. The lines move faster than at any other Chipotle, which is a huge plus. The staff are friendly, helpful, and generous with their servings. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious every time, with great portions.
However, experiences can vary. Some find the place absolutely filthy, with not one clean table, making it feel gross. At times, the line is very disorganized. There can be issues with specific items, like chips that are either too burnt or too salty. Sometimes they are out of key items like cheese, chicken, queso, fajita vegetables, and chips, especially in the evenings. There are also problems with the online ordering system, where orders placed for this location are incorrectly sent to another, causing frustration and refund issues. On rare occasions, the service is poor, with workers inattentive and cashiers making large errors on orders like two single tacos and a kids meal. Despite the inconsistencies, many find it a very good dining experience and have made it a regular spot.
