I’ve tried to call ALL morning for this location. As I placed my order at the wrong location. The phone number just blocks. I didn’t get my order and I gave a tip for no service. Unfortunately I paid double this morning. Thanks for not answering the phone apparently all day!

THIS STARBUCKS BARISTA ROBOT cannot process a Cafe Latte. Three times she repeated Cafe Mocha. I TOLD HER “ No MOCHA/NO FLAVOR.” I got a CAFE MOCHA!
People were giving their orders via paper notes and giving their phone to the Barista to type in the order. WASTED MY MONEY. I THREW IT IN THE TRASH!!

I have to give it one star because they don’t know how to make drinks. I came here for the first time after the remodel was and closed down for a month and I’m not sure if they are new workers but my go to drink tasted like straight up syrup. I’ve been getting the same drink for years and yes even at that location before they closed to remodel. The remodel is super nice. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The guy remade my drink which was still awful. Maybe it’s just him but I’m too scared to go back to see if other workers will make it better. I’d rather go to the other locations

Staff was rude and unhelpful, I came in and used the bathroom before I went up to order. When I came out they were talking about me on the headsets and ignored me standing at the counter waiting to order. Will not be coming back, dutch bros is far better
20 minutes to get an online order coffee .. staff was not friendly. Management needs to pick it up and do better.

Use to go to this place to study for years during my undergrad. Clean, great ambient, down to earth workers. Came back to visit my mom and swung by for a. Expresso and saw that it was closed down :(

I'm just in town while my boyfriend is having surgery nearby, so unfortunately I don't get to go to this location often. The location was super busy, but it was the fastest service I've ever had at any Starbucks I've been to. They made my drink perfectly, as well.
