I went there a week ago and I didn't get taco bell but I got some KFC three piece chicken meal and it was great. The service was great to they have KFC and taco bell in the same store.
We were there for the Kentucky Fried Chicken part of the restaurant, and even before I ordered, the lady working the front register let me know that due to an oven breakdown, they did not have any biscuits prepared. But she offered me extra large sides to go along with our meal to compensate for the lack of biscuits. I thought it was great customer service that they let me know up front what was going on and they had a solution to offer, and that actually worked out great for...
We usually order on the app and pick up through the drive thru, they are slow at times getting your order together, but my biggest complaint is they are inconsistent on getting your order correct and have had multiple occasions that I’ve ordered 2-3 of the box meals, and they just toss everything in a bag instead of a box so then I have to go through the receipt/order and see what was to be in each box. But I do love their quesadillas, although over priced for the little amount...
