I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.
I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! bad customer service ar bedok mall. waited 40 mins . asked 3 times. order at 4.14pm. 4.54pm gt the wings. 5pm still waiting for mushroom ..
Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.
The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

I order food online via the wingstop website, paid with my card went to the store and when I got there they said that they didn’t have my order in there system, I proceeded to show my confirmation and my order an the stated there was nothing they can do, I asked for a refund of my money and they refused and called the police on me. Soon as the police got to the store they then decided to give me a refund….crazy work to call the police cause I want the money I spent back when I never got the product
Food is good, but every time it takes forever for order, while everyone working in back are playing around. 45 plus minutes and every other order went out before us? Then to see the people that are supposed to be preparing the food screwing around does not equal good experience.

Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.
They are the slowest working people you could ever have make food. It will take every bit of a hour to get your food while waiting in the lobby.

At the end of the day, the food has been very good both times we’ve ordered. However, it takes SO LONG to get your food. We ordered for delivery and it estimated 45 minutes. 2 hours later we were on the phone and had to call four times after it rang for 4 minutes each time with no answer. On the 4th time, we finally talked to someone after ringing for 3 minutes and she said they were understaffed, weren’t prepared for the Tyson/Paul fight, and were doing what they could with what they had. I felt bad for them, so I just said I understood and we waited. Food was delivered 30 minutes after that. The first time we ordered, it was for pickup and we again waited almost an hour longer than it told us we would. It’s a shame because I feel the food is so good, and the chicken has been really large/quality (which is a complaint we’d had about the Blue Springs store.) I hope they get the staff they need because it’s a great food product undercut by wait times and customer service.

A lot of negativity on here. One thing I've learned about the food business is typically only the people that are upset leave reviews. I went there tonight and there were a lot of Doordash orders coming in, plus people coming in to order to go. The cashier, despite obviously trying to get a small break to eat something was very attentive, what I assume was the manager was on top of letting me know where my order was in line to be ready. Food was fresh, as ordered. Glad I don't have to drive to the 40 hwy location anymore.
