Food is great, employees are pleasant. My only complaint and reason for taking away a star is that I've only gotten to-go orders from here. Typical Wings and fries combo... the fries aren't put in a closed container and the to-go bags are too big for one combo order so by the time I get back to my office for lunch (not far at all), the fries are cold and spilt in the bag since they are basically just on a plate on top of the container with the wings.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

I went in, ordered a 3 piece garlic parmesan chicken tender meal with fries and a regular drink. I sat for 30 minutes waiting on my order, while multiple others came in after, were served way before me. I saw my name on the board say my order was ready, and I figured maybe they were busy before I came in so I waited another 5-10 minutes to see if they were running late, multiple employees looked at my bag sitting there without calling my name, two other employees, one named Tyler sitting with another female employee were supposedly on break also noticed the bag but nobody ever said anything. I finally got my name called and my claimed my order, got out to my car and my fries were cold, and I got plain chicken tenders, not a single drop of garlic parmesan seasoning were on my chicken tenders. I have worked customer service in almost every job i’ve worked and I have NEVER done this to anybody, or had this happen. I ended up going back in and asking for corporates number, explained the situation and the “manager” on duty claimed he would get it, sat in the back flipping through pages for 5 minutes until I finally gave up and said I will find it online and figure it out myself. VERY upset, will not be returning to this location.

Placed an order on the app. The app is easy and quick to use. However, my order was not ready when the app indicated it would be. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for our food to be ready. I got the 6 piece boneless wing meal with drink and fries. My husband got the 8 piece traditional chicken with drink and fries. I also ordered the cajun corn but with fry seasoning instead. My modification was a suggestion that was overlooked because they used the cajun seasoning anyway. Overall , the service was slow but the chicken was good. However, we wont be back.

came around 2:30 and the food was amazing and didn’t even take that long to come out. People were amazing and seemed very friendly! Shout out to the Sunday crew 🙌

Waiting for my order I watched them take the tea, put it on the FLOOR, and mix it up. That can’t be proper procedure☠️🤢The employees were incredibly nice, but that’s disgusting. Won’t be coming back in, and I’m glad I don’t drink tea😬
