Wingstop

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

It’s got to be the worst Wingstop in the Oklahoma City. Metro is Moore Oklahoma slow your food’s never ready when you get there.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

Waiting for my order I watched them take the tea, put it on the FLOOR, and mix it up. That can’t be proper procedure☠️🤢The employees were incredibly nice, but that’s disgusting. Won’t be coming back in, and I’m glad I don’t drink tea😬

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! Probably one of the slowest places I’ve been too takes way to long for your food even if you pick up to go still making me wait 30 mins had to cancel my order because they lost it or removed it off the screen so another 30 minutes plus I canceled the order

Manager was rude my order was missing items and I had it delivered and he told me if I wanted it to come get it and was just patronizing me terrible attitude if zero stars was an option I’d put that.

Visited this location this evening and none of the employees in the kitchen were wearing gloves. They were handling the food barehanded. We didn’t want raw dog wings so we left

Don’t recommend, they messed up my order, I ordered boneless got bone in, called and the lady goes oh our wings have bone like come on, you didn’t know there’s two types of wings! I go back to get it fixed they were legit doing jumping jacks laughing and playing on phones, having a grand old time they thought this was funny.

bad customer service ar bedok mall. waited 40 mins . asked 3 times. order at 4.14pm. 4.54pm gt the wings. 5pm still waiting for mushroom ..

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.
