My wife was fairly happy with her meal, but alas my meal was pretty terrible( Alaskan fish and chip) fry’s were cold and the fish batter was out right sour. I literally left the whole plate. Appetizer and side salad came out with the meal which 15% was taken off for that but the check was brought out before I finished my salad. There is a bit more to it but to be frank I probably won’t be returning.
A big shout out to the manager, Tom and the amazing staff at Big Whiskey Jefferson City. Today we had a surprise retirement lunch and they made sure the event went off without a hitch. We planned for 17 and had 20- no problem. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service today. So much appreciated.
We went to Big Whiskey’s on Saturday 1/13/2024 to celebrate my son’s birthday. Our waitress was fantastic. None of what happened was her fault. We were seated quickly and ordered drinks and an appetizer. It was busy, but it took 45 minutes to get our appetizer. After our food was delivered some time later, and we started eating, the girl who seated us told us she shouldn’t have seated us where she did and we had 2 options.
