Went there last night and no one was at hostess desk. Took about 20 minutes to be seated and they were not busy. This has happened before. Food was terrible. I had steak and Lobster and couldn't eat it. They should be the best at Lobster. My husband's food was mushy. The waitress was the only good part. We will not be back. This has happened the last 3 times.
Very good! We live at the Lake Of The Ozarks and don’t have one close so we drove to Jefferson City for our second wedding anniversary! Well worth it!

Red Lobster is a decent restaurant with friendly staff and good service at the table. The all-you-can-eat shrimp deal is a highlight, but be prepared to bring a big appetite to make it worthwhile. Despite some minor issues, such as being short-staffed and running out of paper towels in the restroom, the staff still manage to provide excellent service. The food is decent, and the staff are kind to children. However, some customers have experienced delays despite checking in online, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a good option for a change of pace, and the friendly staff make it worth a return visit.
