“My daughter invited me and her friend here for lunch as she had discovered this Deli with her sister. She had raved about their sandwiches and potato salad. She was right, I had the turkey with the fixings...it was delicious, and I could only eat half. Also, I had the browinie...it was scrumptious ?. The workers were so kind and attentive and answered our questions with sincerity. Yes, I will definitely return and will bring others with me. “We drove from St. Louis and arrived about 20 min before they were closing on Sunday night. They were kind enough to serve us but rushed the food out too quickly -- rice noodles in Pad See Ew were still harder than they should have been. Both the Pad See Ew and Cashew Chicken entrees were small portions and too sweet for our taste, but that's often dependent on the chef's tastes. When traveling we usually order 2 entrees for 3 of us, plus an appetizer, so that we don't have leftovers. Our 2 entrees were not really big enough to share. This restaurant is probably better for single diners who don't want leftovers. The Fresh rolls were not bad but too dry from being full of cabbage.“
“Seriously delicious food and friendly staff. I came to Pizza Underground after reading some Google and Yelp reviews as well as recommendations from locals. The food was seriously delicious. I ordered a Caesar salad and the jalapeño popper pizza with Baffin, jalapeño and chunks of cream cheese. The salad would have been enough for a main meal; it was huge with tasty, garlic butter croutons. The pizza was beyond perfect. The dough was wood fired (A++) and the sauces were perfect! I ordered a cupcake to go and took more than half of my pizza home.My server was Tabitha and she was soooo friendly! The sweetest, most bubbly person who you absolutely want to be the face of your restaurant. She was smiling and happy the entire time and so sociable. She needs to be recognized for being the VIP of the restaurant.“
