Love the food and fast friendly service. Love that they seem to retain good employees. It's nice to see the same faces every time we dine there. Our go to place in Jefferson City

McAlister's Deli is a popular spot that offers quick service and hot, correct food. While some issues have been reported, such as delayed online orders and problems with rewards programs, staff are generally friendly and try to resolve problems. The restaurant's tea pass program has been criticized for not being user-friendly, with one customer experiencing issues with data collection. On the other hand, customers appreciate the speed of service when eating in and the quality of the food.
