My mother loves the view from Sapphires, so she and I eat breakfast there about once a month. Lately, we have had some of the most amazing food (biscuits and gravy are some of the best I've ever eaten), and the service has been wonderful!
I travel for work and as such, I am constantly eating out. I can not say how impressed I am with this restaurant and it's staff.
For me, the food is far less important than the service received. Trinity and Amanda made sure I never had an empty cup, and they were not afraid to have conversations with me. They were the epitome of service with a smile and have ensured that any time I'm in the Jefferson City area that I will be eating here.

We had a fantastic breakfast! Morgan was out server & she was just a doll, very attentive & detailed. She is everything I would want if I was the owner of a restaurant. Mark was our chef & made our waffles & omelete. Food was delicious. I was leary to even try breakfast as my experience with hotel breakfast has not been good. The views & ambience were amazing as well. We will be back. Thank you!
