The view, just like the staff, were phenomenal. The steak was deliciously well done and tasty, the rice pilaf was excellent, and the New Belgian Dark was fresh and flavorful. Will return to this gem, overlooking Jefferson City!
After our granddaughters' dance recital, we decided to dine here because it wasn't crowded. The views of Jefferson City are amazing from the top floor.

Stayed at the Doubletree while biking the Katy Trail. I was tired and didn’t feel like walking to a restaurant, so I took an elevator ride to Sapphires. I ordered the artichoke and spinach dip plus a Cesar salad with chicken.The dip had obviously been reheated from frozen — it was very watery, but it tasted okay. The tortilla chips served with the dip were fresh and crisp. The “Cesar” salad was disappointing. The chicken was cooked well with a bit of a char — delicious!...
