“I have gotten into the habit of using Sonic's app & ordering ahead. It is so much easier than sitting in my car & waiting for my order. I ordered ahead for their corn dogs and a drink. It took no more than 2 minutes to receive them after I had checked in. Food was nice & hot.“
“The Stars I awarded in this review are for this specific restaurant as they're the only ones that generally get my order correct however the reason it's not five stars across the board it's because of their app since it has updated it has been a nightmare I've used it multiple times a week for the last 4 years but at this last update it has gone to complete garbage it has cost me money it has caused negative activity on my credit card and this is infuriating I know the last time I reviewed Sonic on here somebody reached out to me over a negative review but I'm leaving a positive review but furious about the app just one example in Springfield Missouri I updated it and kept updating it until it showed me the location that I was currently at and I hit order here everything went through and as soon as I hit place order it switched to a location 18 miles away so I threw away the money I spent on that and that's just the beginning of it.“
