ive loked their burgers for a long time. but their horribly long service at the MO. Blvd. location literally drove me to their competitors. I don't need to wait 15 minutes for fast food when there is no huge line.
It isn't a taco salad if it is missing everything but the lettuce and chili. This is a frequent issue with this location.
Your staff needs to do a better job when getting orders ready. A few weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic and small fries. I got to work and opened the sandwich -- NO BACON! I called and told the "shift manager" about it. He said he'd make sure that staff "does better".
