Long wait. Unorganized. We’re visiting from out of town and this is the worst Andy’s experience we’ve had out of several across Missouri. Lots of people in front of us with screwed up or missed orders, and apparently now it’s our turn to not receive our order. Bunch of kids without clear direction and training in customer service. They remade our order, finally. The custard is already melty (which is “normal,” I guess, but annoying) and doesn’t go to the top of the cup, it’s kind of mixed to the halfway point so it’s straight custard for the bottom half of our concretes, and barely any toppings.
Great place to get ice cream, the malts went bad either.
