“I recently had the pleasure of trying out Big R's BBQ in Joplin, and even though it was my first visit, it left a fantastic impression. The ribs were tender and smoky, the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the sides were just as memorable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can really tell they put their heart into the food and the service. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area!“

“We had 5-STAR service this evening from Logan! Not only was he funny and friendly, he made sure our food was hot and exactly how we wanted it. Plus he kept the fresh rolls coming! Best experience I've had, hands-down.“

“Pretty decent BBQ joint. Compared to what we have (famous Dave's) it was a lot better and nearly the same price. Side note, seeing on a map how big the tornado was that went thru Joplin on the Netflix documentary than actually coming here I couldn't imagine how terrifying that day must have been.........“

“We went on the weekend for a date without kids. Matt was a phenomenal server. He made us feel like old pals instead of strangers. The food was amazing. We haven't been there in years due to our last experience being bad. Matt made sure we had everything and was cared for. He made the experience that much better. We will definitely be back and ask for him every time.“
