Bryan showed outstanding customer service the food was great and everyone was working. the shift at 5:33 pm today did a great job. I really appreciate it.

If the burgers were just a little thicker, but I still like going to eat here.

I ordered a concrete and an order of onion rings and a large pepsi. He offered a pup cup for my pet.

The food tasted stale or like they don't clean the machines at night. I couldn't eat the concrete, it was watery and runny.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. I seldom eat meat so that was my food for the evening and it is now all in the trash.

I paid more than I would have for a combo meal and I was looking forward to it.

Now that is just $13.00 less that I will have for groceries this week. I'm very sad about the outcome.

Looking back, I believe he offered the pup cup to cover up or distract me from how bad the quality of the food was going to be

We stopped in here on a recent road trip and had a good experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My daughter enjoyed her hot dog. The steak burgers had great flavor. The fries were seasoned nicely and they have several options for dipping. The custard was delicious.

Great food, great personnel, perfect for Friday night meal at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Their shoe string potatoes were way too salty. My chicken sandwich was just OK. This is an average looking fast food place. It's okay but that us about it.

I’m only giving one star because the weight in the drive-through was ridiculous. I waited for about 45 minutes to an hour to get my food that’s with ordering and them passing the food out the window. It was ridiculous. I’m very disappointed.

My wife and I got food through the drive-through. In my opinion, Freddie's is a Steak-N-Shake knockoff. The food was good but the burger patties were extremely thin.

The food was good but on the burger it was flat if it wasn't flat it would of be better. The cheese curds wasn't even crispy. The chicken sandwich had the weird vein thing but another than that it was ok.
