Arthur Bryant's Barbeque Reviews
the changes that has been made you can't get a double beef sandwich with fries wrapped up in the brown paper wrapper the sauce all over it so you can't do it no more it's just not the same in the fries were like half the size $5 for those $28. 25 for a pound of beef with two pieces of bread in styrofoam I'd rather have the brown paper wrapper it's just not the same it don't taste the same. like I said I don't think I'll go back again
been going to Arthur Brian's for over 40 years went there today worst food I ever had why would you change a tradition that worked very sad and disappointed will never return lost me as a loyal customer

Arthur Bryant's Barbeque provides a memorable experience in a historic building within a neighborhood setting. The staff, including the General Manager, are friendly and attentive, ensuring guests feel welcomed. The restaurant specializes in authentic Kansas City BBQ, with a sauce that has a distinct chili powder and adobo style flavor, featuring a thick tomato base. The menu includes options like the pork and turkey combo sandwich on white bread, which can be enjoyed with fries and plenty of sauce for a satisfying meal. The meats, including pulled pork and brisket, are moist and flavorful, with the brisket considered among the best in Kansas City. Although the ribs may be below the Kansas City average, the quality of the beef brisket stands out. Side dishes like fries and onion rings are not particularly noteworthy, and the facility has a dive-like appearance without much investment in decor. The atmosphere is straightforward and nostalgic, with a diner feel and greasy floors. The restaurant can get crowded, and seating might be limited, so arriving early is advisable. Overall, Arthur Bryant's remains a favorite for those seeking authentic Kansas City BBQ, especially for its high-quality beef brisket and unique sauce.
